Rebecca Hageman, CPM, LM

Rebecca is a Mexico City native, Certified Professional Midwife/Licensed Midwife in Louisiana, Board Member with Louisiana Breastfeeding Coalition, and presently working towards her IBCLC.  She holds 15 years of experience working with and for women supporting natural childbirth in Hispanic cultures and in the United States. She worked 4 years with St. Charles Community Health Center and played a key role in implementing Centering Pregnancy within the Hispanic community and with United Way's First Born Program, supporting first time families/mothers and babies with breastfeeding, understanding child development and connecting them with resources within their community.   Her focus now lies in promoting and supporting mother and baby for the best start in their life. Her inspiration is to see all hospitals, clinics and birth centers holding the Baby-Friendly Initiative.

Rebecca currently resides in Mandeville, Louisiana with her husband, father and her two older children. They are all doing life together.
